“实现三个零”

       2011年12月1日是第24个世界艾滋病日，主题是“实现三个零”，即零艾滋病新发感染、零歧视和零艾滋病相关死亡。联合国艾滋病规划署（UNAIDS）是联合国的创新之举，致力于领导和促进全球实现艾滋病预防、治疗、关怀和支持的普遍可及。

UNAIDS works with governments, civil society, people living with HIV, the ∵ sector and the UN system to lead and inspire the world to achieve universal access to HIV prevention, treatment care and support. UNAIDS has a unique convening role, and is able to bring together the key players for a more informed and effective AIDS response. We also monitor the AIDS epidemic and response, to make sure we have accurate information for policy makers to take decisions based on evidence. 2011 has been an incredible year for scientific progress against AIDS. A new study has shown that person is receiving treatment for HIV it reduced the likelihood of transmitting HIV to their partner by 96%.This breaks down the opposition of treatment for HIV and prevention of HIV. We can now talk about treatment for prevention of HIV. We need to take care of ourselves and one another. It’s important that we talk to our partners, friends and family about HIV. By adopting safer behaviors, like using condoms correctly and consistently, reducing the number of sexual partners and not using contaminated injecting equipment HIV can be prevented. It’s also important to know that you cannot become infected by shaking the hand, hugging, or drinking from the same glass as a person living with HIV.We should not think of people living with HIV as victims, but as regular members of society. Discrimination takes many forms: it is not only about negative opinions; it can also be negative actions which cause serious harm to the lives of people living with HIV. For example, people may lose their jobs or refused medical treatment. Discrimination is something that we must never tolerate: Discrimination and misinformation about HIV in our societies also makes people reluctant to get tested or seek treatment when they need it. We work towards our vision of zero discrimination
